Before you pay anything, we walk the plot with you live on a video call. You see the land, the roads in and the neighbourhood around it, at a time that suits your time zone.
Check the title
Every project is owned by Ameristar, with ready titles secured through extensive due diligence. Ask us any question about the title before you commit.
Pay over 6 months
Pay the deposit, sign the sale agreement, then clear the balance over 6 months. There is no bank loan.
