Yes. Every project is owned by Ameristar, with ready titles secured through extensive due diligence.
How much does a plot cost?

Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Pay a deposit, then clear the balance over 6 months, with no bank loan. 12-month plans are available on different terms; ask us about them.
How much is the deposit?
It depends on the project. WhatsApp us and we will send you the deposit for the project you like.
Can I see the land before I buy?
Yes. Book a site visit and we pick you up from our Ruiru office. You can also drive to the site yourself.
I live abroad. Can I still buy?
