Cash or instalments: which suits you?

You don't have to pay the full price at once. How each option works, so you can choose the one that fits your budget.

Buying land doesn’t always mean paying the whole price on day one. With us you can pay cash or pay over 6 months.

Paying cash

You pay the full price up front.

  • The cash price is lower than the instalment price.
  • Your purchase is complete in one step.
  • There is nothing left to plan for afterwards.

Cash suits you if you already have the money set aside.

Paying in instalments

You pay a deposit to secure your plot, then clear the balance over 6 months.

  • You can start with the deposit instead of the full amount.
  • The plot is reserved for you from the day you pay the deposit and sign the sale agreement.
  • The instalment price is a little higher than the cash price.

There is no bank loan involved. 12-month plans are available on different terms; ask us about them.

How to choose

Ask yourself one question: can I pay the full amount now without strain? If yes, cash saves you money. If not, instalments let you start now and spread the cost.

Whichever you choose, get a receipt for every payment and keep them with your sale agreement.

WhatsApp us for the current cash price, 6-month price and deposit for any project, and we will send you both options side by side.
