Buying land should not be confusing. Here is exactly what happens when you buy a plot with us.
1. Come and see the land
Pick a project and book a site visit. We pick you up from our Ruiru office and take you to the land, so you see the plots, the roads and the neighbourhood for yourself. If you live abroad, we walk the plot with you on a video call instead.
2. Pay the deposit
When you have chosen your plot, you pay the deposit and we sign the sale agreement. Deposits depend on the project; every project page shows its deposit.
3. Clear the balance in 6 months
You pay the rest over 6 months. There is no bank loan. Once you finish paying, you collect your title. 12-month plans are available on different terms; ask us about them.
