We run regular site visits, and we encourage every buyer to come. Here is why.
1. You see the road in
How easy is it to get there? Is the road tarmac, murram or a track? Will it be passable in the rains? You only really know by driving it.
2. You see the beacons
Beacons are the survey markers at the corners of each plot. On a visit you can stand at your plot’s beacons and see exactly where your land starts and ends.
3. You see the neighbourhood
Are there homes nearby? Schools, shops, a church, a market? Is the area quiet or busy? What is being built around it? This tells you what living there, or selling later, could look like.
4. You see water and power
Find out whether there is power along the road and where water comes from. Ask how far the nearest line or borehole is from your plot.
5. You get your questions answered on the spot
On a visit you can ask about the title, the payment plan and the plot itself while you are standing on it. Bring your family. Two sets of eyes are better than one.
Can’t come in person?
If you live abroad or far away, we walk the plot with you on a video call, show you the beacons and the road, and answer your questions live. Choose “Video call from abroad” when you book a site visit.
