Sales Manager
Full Time Nairobi (Westlands)

Lead and grow our sales team across Kenya. Drive revenue, build client relationships, and help shape the commercial direction of Ameristar's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and commercial plots
  • Build and maintain relationships with individual buyers, SACCOs, NGOs, and institutional clients
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
  • Conduct property site visits with high-value clients
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend new project locations
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of Kenya's property market and land regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with SACCOs, investment groups, or institutional buyers is an advantage
  • Valid driving licence

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Maintain client records, contracts, and documentation in the CRM system
  • Support the sales team with property listing updates, correspondence, and reports
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including lawyers, surveyors, and government offices
  • Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist in organising property launches, client events, and site visits
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Experience in real estate, property, or land transactions is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
  • Professional, presentable, and client-facing demeanour

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Ameristar properties to individual buyers, groups, and Diaspora investors
  • Generate your own leads through your network, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct property presentations and accompany clients on site visits
  • Follow up on leads and convert them to completed sales
  • Submit regular sales activity reports to the Sales Manager
  • Represent Ameristar professionally at all times
Requirements
  • Passion for sales and a strong personal or professional network
  • Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or FMCG sales is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills — English and Swahili
  • Smartphone with WhatsApp and access to social media platforms
  • Willingness to travel for site visits within Kenya
  • No formal employment contract — this is a fully commission-based role with high earning potential
