5. Sales & Payment Terms

All property sales are governed by a formal Sale Agreement between Ameristar Limited and the buyer. The following general terms apply:

• A deposit is required to reserve a plot. The deposit amount and terms will be specified in the Sale Agreement
• Plots are not considered reserved until the deposit is received and confirmed by Ameristar Limited
• Instalment payment plans must be adhered to as per the agreed schedule. Delays may result in forfeiture of the reservation
• Title deed transfer is processed upon receipt of full payment and completion of all legal requirements
• All payments must be made to Ameristar Limited's official accounts only. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised individuals

6. Due Diligence

Ameristar Limited conducts due diligence on all properties in its portfolio. However, we strongly advise all buyers to conduct their own independent legal due diligence before committing to a purchase. We encourage buyers to engage a qualified advocate to review sale agreements and title documents.
